Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant

📌 Role Overview

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support landing page creation, funnel setup, and general business operations for an online business.

This role goes beyond basic VA work—it’s about being a reliable digital support partner who can build clean, functional landing pages, manage systems, and help keep operations organized and running smoothly.

You’ll be working with tools like Kajabi, GoHighLevel (GHL), Canva, AI tools, and project management systems to bring structure and execution to marketing and backend workflows.

 

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

🎯 Landing Page & Funnel Support

• Build and design landing pages in Kajabi and GoHighLevel
• Create opt-in pages, sales pages, and thank you pages
• Set up basic funnel flows (opt-in → thank you → follow-up)
• Connect pages to forms, emails, calendars, and automations
• Ensure pages are clean, structured, and mobile-friendly

🎨 Design & Canva Work

• Create social media graphics and branded visuals
• Build simple landing page wireframes/mockups in Canva
• Maintain consistent branding across all assets
• Repurpose content into visual formats

🧠 General Virtual Assistant Tasks

• Online research and data gathering
• Data entry and spreadsheet management
• Email and file organization (Google Drive, etc.)
• Basic administrative and operational support
• Assist with content formatting and updates

🤖 Systems & Tools Support

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support content and workflow tasks
• Manage tasks using ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
• Track progress and update project boards
• Support general digital operations and workflow organization

 

✅ You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are:

• Experienced or familiar with Kajabi and/or GoHighLevel (landing pages preferred)
• Skilled in Canva design and layout thinking
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structure/wireframes
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong in written English communication

 

💻 Work Setup + Availability

• Fully remote
• Part-time (hourly basis)
• Must be available during MST (Mountain Standard Time) hours
• Flexible schedule within agreed working hours

 

💰 Compensation

• Hourly rate (based on experience and skill level)
